Before Bob Marley was a star, Jimmy Cliff was. "The Harder They Come" movie is one of the great movies of all times. I have bought it and lent it out many times and can't remember whom I lent it to. I keep buying it and lending. I can repeat every line in the movie. "Many Rivers" is a classic.
ReplyDeleteAnother great and mostly unknown singer is Ernie Smith of Jamaica.
Jimmy should be inducted.
